Event at a Glance
South Sound Speedway hosted four divisions on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The evening
featured heat races and two completed main events before rain shortened the program.
* Busted MC / Blacklake Auto Wrecking Tuners: 18 cars; 20-lap main event completed
* WMRA: 10 cars; 35-lap main event completed
* Olympia Overhead Doors Vintage Modifieds: Main event rained out
* O’Reilly Auto Parts Baby Grands: Main event rained out
Busted MC / Blacklake Auto Wrecking Tuners
The Tuner main event began in rainy conditions, with Ron Schlund Jr. on the pole and Blake
Madden starting alongside him. Schlund took the lead on lap 1, but Dillion D’Andrea moved to the
front on lap 8 and held on to win the 20-lap race.
Top five: Dillion D’Andrea, Ron Schlund Jr., Blake Madden, Chris Branon, and Billy Gallwas.
Heat winners: Chris Branon (Heat 1), Ron Schlund Jr. (Heat 2), and Dillion D’Andrea (Heat 3).
WMRA
Kiel Vaillant started on the pole, with Josh Westerfield alongside him. Westerfield took the lead on
lap 1. Rickey Worley moved ahead on lap 5 and remained in front to win the 35-lap main event.

Main event: Rained out. The drivers voted to conclude their season.
